Eddie Sibley Owner & Master Technician A native Houston resident in the automotive service business since his early high school days, Eddie was trained by Ford Motor Company; and, after employment a at local Ford dealership, earned his certification as "Master Certified Technician" with the Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). Eddie has been well known in this west Houston neighborhood for 33 years. Eddie started his career at the ground-floor level and earned his recognition as one of HOUSTON'S TOP TECHNICIANS.
Mike Balzer General Manager & Certified Service Advisor A well known ASE Master Certified Technician as well as a Certified Service Advisor
in this west Houston community since 1975. In 1996 Mike decided he
would be more beneficial to both his customers and the automotive
service industry by becoming a General Manager, Service Advisor and Trainer. Mike brings us 42 years of experience, knowledge and understanding of today's complex vehicles.

Richard Pringle Shop Foreman & Master Technician Richard, Our Shop Forman, came to us a college-trained professional technician and is a very personable and extremely knowledgeable technician, eager to please every customer. Richard has 17 years hands-on experience, is an ASE Certified Master Technician and has earned several professional trade organization certifications.
